One BOM, itemized sourcing and supply.
Send your bill of materials (BOM) with manufacturer part numbers (MPNs), manufacturers, quantities and target delivery dates. We review availability, lifecycle and pricing, identify supply gaps and quote the available items. Alternative parts are listed separately for your approval before procurement. Components are inspected and kitted to the agreed delivery plan.
What’s included
- Itemized availability and pricing
- Supply-gap and lifecycle review
- Alternative parts subject to your approval
- Component procurement, inspection and kitting
Supply challenges.
Practical solutions.
What buyers typically face, and how we handle it.
Common pain points
- Chasing quotes from many suppliers for one build
- One missing part stopping the whole run
- No time to check lifecycle status line by line
- Small quantities that distributors won’t quote
How we solve it
- One consolidated quote for the whole BOM
- Short and obsolete lines flagged with alternates
- Every line inspected before it ships
- Parts kitted per build and labelled to your BOM
A clear, coordinated process.
One specialist owns your request from first message to delivery.

Kit & deliver
Label and kit the components for your nominated delivery point.
Make each BOM line unambiguous
Provide a controlled BOM revision with manufacturer, MPN, quantity and units for each required line. Add the build quantity, target delivery date and reference designators where useful. Distinguish approved alternatives and do-not-populate (DNP) items from parts that must be purchased.
Review gaps before placing the order
Identify missing or unclear part numbers, duplicated lines, quantity discrepancies and supply gaps. Check lifecycle, available packaging, minimum quantities and delivery constraints. Descriptions that do not uniquely identify a part are returned for clarification; a proposed alternative remains separate from an approved purchase line.
Confirm the quotation line by line
The quotation should distinguish available, unavailable and pending-confirmation items, with price, quantity, date code, packaging, lead time and validity as applicable. Agree inspection/source-document requirements and whether partial supply is acceptable. Procurement follows the confirmed BOM and written approvals.
Reconcile supply with the approved list
Delivery can be checked against the agreed BOM revision, purchased quantities and approved changes. Record shortages, separate shipments and the applicable lot/packing documents. If a full kit is requested, define its completeness criteria and required delivery point rather than assuming every BOM line is obtainable.
